1061 posts · Joined 2008. #1 · Oct 16, 2008. My trim tag has white paint covering the entire tag. It is rare that I come accross antoher camaro with the same paint on the tag. I assume that this is because many have repainted firewalls. I attached a link to a picture below from a thread currently under the "what is it worth" section titled ...Cowl tags changed in 1969 to use of a numeric code for the body paint (with two-tone paint now a Camaro option) and a letter code for the vinyl/convertible top color. I like the color of this 69 Z, But when I looked at the trim tag.., it looked kinda funny (fake) to me. I would like to get some other options though. thanks.
